Im so happy youre here! I am the founder and lead artist of Artistry by Sky. A first generation Colombian American born and raised in my beloved country of "New Jersey" and a lover of all things beauty, wellness, and faith.
A passion for art and working with my hands is literally embedded in my DNA. From my childhood and into adulthood, art has always been there for me. It was only natural to combine my love for beauty with my love for art as a makeup artist since 2014. Its truly one of the best things I've ever done for myself. During the pandemic, I took a leap of faith and started Artistry by Sky as an official business in 2021, submerging myself fully into the bridal world. Since then, I can say with complete certainty that I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be: helping women enhance their beauty on one of the biggest days of their lives! It is truly an honor.
Over the past decade, I pride myself in investing thousands of dollars to educate myself in all skin tones, skin types as I feel a strong artist is versatile and can enhance any ones beauty. I am proudly recognized as an inclusive artist, known for my signature long lasting skin: weightless, flawless, with a touch of glow for ALL skintones. I truly love working with all kinds of women and am happy to bring your vision to life!!
how i got my start
Creativity has always been a huge part of who I am. But at 14 it turned into snatching makeup out of my sister’s bag just to experiment and play with it because I was obsessed with her winged liner and glam eyeshadow! Before I knew it I was glamming my tias and classmates in High School! I loved it so much and still do. What started as a passion eventually led me to working at MAC Cosmetics, where I learned the artistry and professionalism behind the beauty industry before taking the leap into bridal beauty full time in 2021. I’m beyond grateful!!
